Was having a very quick stop on route to Berlin so didn’t use any facilities, gym, bar etc. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were cheerful and helpful when I arrived late at 3am!! "Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es furchtbar. Die ganze Nacht war Wasser aus der Toilette getropft, es war ohrenbetäubend laut, ich konnte nicht schlafen. An der Rezeption war niemand, an dem ich das Problem melden konnte. Erst am Morgen kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Die gesamte Rezeption stand unter Wasser. Ich musste das Hotel verlassen und in ein anderes umziehen."
