"Got there . No one available. Told I’d received an email with my codes to enter . This hadn’t arrived . Then when this was sorted the restaurant and bar was closed so couldn’t get food or drink . There was no secure parking for my motorcycle. I tried on multiple times to phone the hotel . The number on the notice board and the one hotel.com gave me wasn’t working. "It is a real castle that you stay like in middle age but with modern comfort e.g. villeroy & boch dinning wears, heated towel bar ... The restaurant and rooms have good view. The breakfast are excellent. They pay a lot of attention to details, even to the boiled eggs - 5 minutes and keep them warm in a blanket wrapped basket. Extraordinary experience."
