There is no hotel as Royal Sea Breeze Apartment. Expedia did not provide the phone number of hotel. We came to Sherif Khimshiashvili 7B, Batumi, 6010 Georgia and there was not apartments. We have asked around and nobody knows about apartment. I thing Expedia have made a mistake and it is just scam. Thanks for best holidays

it is a very good value for money,and the rooms are very spacious, equipped with all the handy utillities.The staff was very helpful.

Nice apartment room.
Comfy, cozy place... It's basically an apartment, where I can cook, store my food in the fridge, and wash my clothes... One thing to make it more comfortable would be a pair of slippers which they were missing, other than that, I enjoyed my stay very much!

The apartment is very new and everything is immaculate. The rooms is cosy with a small bathroom but nice and warm with hot water. Very good location.
