Menginap pada saat kondisi rawan covid 19
Menginap dalam rangka pekerjaan dalam kondisi marak adanya covid 19 ...sdh diantisipasi dg penyediaan cairan disinfectan di resepsionis. Sambutan baik, layanan familiar, kebersihan kamar ok, kenyaman lumayan karena ada kucing yang berkeliaran di depan kamar menumpahkan tempat sampah.

Harga hotel tdk sesuai fasilitas yg diberikan, listrik on off, kamar tdk dibersihkan utk hari ke-2 beserta fasilitas km+minum tdk diberikan, pegawai hotel cuek dan tdk ramah, pompa air sangat mengganggu krn bunyi trs, air panasnya jam 6.30 sdh tdk panas, sy kecewa dg pelayanannya

Bagus, nyaman, bersih, dan ramah
Pemandangannya bagus, udara segar. Stafnya ramah. Bisa titip barang dulu sebelum check in, karena saya menggunakan kereta api dan datang masih pagi. Jadi bisa langsung jalan-jalan. Mudah dijangkau dengan kendaraan online. Anak-anak sangat suka menginap disini. Hanya sarapan kurang variatif dan kurang rasa. Overall okelahh.. Nanti kalau saya ke Batu lagi saya akan menginap di Villa Batuque 2 lagi.
