"Customer service:When we arrived at night, we were greeted super quick by Will. Who was amazing 100% of the time. I had the fuse go out a few times due to my flat Iron, the fixed it quick.
Cleanliness- Spotless, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled nice, not a single thing out of place. Even the tub in the bathroom was so clean it looked new. Another lady who stayed on a different floor even pointed out that this is the nicest hotel she stayed at.
Breakfast- Egg, potatoes , bacon or sausage, waffle maker. They also had a red velvet option. Parking was easy.
Wall art-literally a 3 minute drive."
"About what you'd expect for this type of accomodation. Room was clean enough but the beds were annoyingly soft. The WiFi didn't work - I told the front desk at least three times and they said they'd take care of it, but didn't. The included breakfast was two types of cereal and milk, or bagels. The juice machine was broken and looked like it had been for quite a while. If cheap is your priority this is where you should stay."
"So much wrong here, the carpets smell so bad and it made the room smell worse. It was suppose to be no smoking but it smelt like a cigar. The beds are NOT QUEEN they are much smaller. We were given 2 towels for 5 guest. When I went to the front desk they told me that they are out of towels I need to check back tomorrow. Which means that the kids had to shower and use hand towels. The morning of check out the breakfast was bad. There was no gravy and what was left at 8am was water in a broken crock pot, 3 biscuits left just terrible. We ended up eating out. The place is overall in bad shape, needs paint job, needs cleaning. And perhaps it’s an Indian family that runs the place. Do not stay here, you will regret it. "
"We've stayed here several times and this was probably the best stay so far. Our room was clean and quiet with a great ac unit. However, I've wrote before, the carpet has to go. They are not very clean. Our friends had much worse experience with their rooms. Toilet paper wrapped around the fire sprinkler and the rack in bathroom fell off the wall. Ample parking and walking distance to restaurants."
"The breakfast provided was a little lacking but got us through our stay to provide savings on the wallet. The room and property was clean. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent. As for the bathroom, the toilet was a bit unstable and the shower would spray from the bath faucet while using the shower making it hard to keep water inside the shower. The location of the property had plenty of amenities close by helping to cut down on drive times. Stayed here while attending Baker's School of Aeronautics which was convenient as it was less than 2 miles away and drive time was only 7 minutes to class. Overall we had a pleasant stay and slept well."
