"Shem Creek Inn was the perfect place for me and my son to stay for catching a charter boat to Crab Bank and for visiting Charleston. The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully located on the creek with loads of pelicans and other birds flying by. Nicole at check in was super helpful and friendly, and the self-serve breakfast had better options for us than, for example, a Holiday Inn Express. Parking was a breeze in December, and plenty of good restaurants close by. I'd certainly stay here again. "

"Deluxe king with balcony room was beautiful, clean and spacious with a gorgeous pool, harbor and sunset view. Loved the little in room fireplace. All staff we encountered were professional, friendly and efficient. Short stay between Christmas and New Year's so only the Fish House restaurant & bar were open. Shuttle to downtown was convenient and efficient. Would definitely stay again. "

A special thanks to the housekeeping staff who also made it possible. The hotel room was spotless and very comfortable. Shawn, the bartender and wait staff who handled the wedding reception were all wonderful. I would definitely recommend Hotel Indigo for any special occasion or hotel stay!"
