"The apartment has a prime location in the Yacht Club. I would say the most upscale area in Gdynia. The whole block is at the final stage of construction and the potential is huge. The balcony is spacious and the view is just stunning. One can tell that this is an apartment designed for rentals and rentals only. Small details such as towel hangers, shelves etc are missing in the bathroom. But the overall look of the apartment is modern and nice."
