Good size room, full size kitchen& fridge, residential location, comfortable bed, nice little balcony it’s a little dated. No onsite staff a bit confusing.WIFI useless , minimal opp shop cutlery & crockery only 2 pieces of anything.

The room was ok. Improvements required to Tv reception was poor, lot of channels didn't work. Supplied coffee though no milk of any type. Towels were clean though stained

This was without doubt the worst accommodation experience we have ever had. It was ridiculously overpriced, the unit was dirty, there was a dead cockroach on the floor to greet us when we walked in. We had no hot water during our entire 2 night stay despite 2 phone calls to management. The beds were uncomfortable, the sheets stained and evidence of not having been washed (ie hair in the bed). There is no staff on the property to tend to any issues. If I could give a negative star rating I would because 1 star seems to be too generous. I would urge anyone to not stay at this property. Disgusting!!!!

Great value and location
I stayed for 10 nights and found the room to be comfortable and great value for money. The rooms are on the older side however the bed was comfortable and It was great to have a kitchen. I’ll definitely stay there again.

This 8 day stay was comfortable, quiet, really well-priced, self-sufficient and well located. We would stay again. Nothing fancy but it was all we needed...we did bring our own quilt which was a good idea!

I liked the property, although it is really outdated. I also think the communication to check in was perfect, but I really do NOT like the fact I needed to upload my drivers licence to be able to check in. Given the problems with cyber security problems nowadays I like you to change this and delete my drivers licence from the system please.

Lovely apartment. Nice view feom the balcony and extremely quiet. Communication with reception was terrific and the ussue with getting my codes was fixed in under a minute.

They went out of their way to accommodate my request to keep cold items in the fridge even after my checkout time. The communication is absolutely excellent, with hardly any wait time.

I had booked this property before reading the reviews and honestly once I did I got worried! Check in was all done online/over the phone and was a bit confusing but the ladies on the phone where great and we got there in the end. The property is a little old but everything was clean and it had all the essentials. The family room has a full sized fridge and freezer which was great. My only complaint would be that the exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work and with no opening window in there it did make the floor extremely slippery with the condensation and my daughter slipped over, so just be careful of that if you’re fan doesn’t work or shower with the door open if you can. Other than that no problems, it is in a great location close to everything and we would definitely stay again.

The check in process is TERRIBLE. After paying for the room and having our booking confirmed we were then contacted by Alloggio to say that there is NO reception staff (despite confirmation email from Wotif saying we would be met by reception on arrival) on site. We then had to complete an online checkin which included submitting photo ID and credit card details online!!! This is unacceptable as we were not made aware of this requirement prior to booking. When I contacted Alloggio I was told we couldn't access the room without providing this online and when I then requested a refund as we were not told of these conditions I was refused. No other properties we have stayed at have ever had this requirement. Given the major data breaches in Australia recently, expecting guests to upload this personal data (esp photo ID) is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

I've stayed in hundreds and hundreds of hotels around the world and the communication and booking system for this one is the ABSOLUTE WORST I have ever experienced. I will never stay in an Alloggio property ever again. I should have read all the other reviews first. Lesson learnt.

Handy location. A bit frustrating having no on-site staff. Stayed 2 nights and only had one small cake of soap and 2 tiny teapoon size pods of milk. Vertical blinds were damaged so had little privacy. On a previous stay the blinds were damaged too. I fear that operating remotely to manage this property is leading to falling standards and I have just cancelled two upcoming bookings.

The location was favourable and we had a comfortable stay. The room was a bit smaller than expected for a family suite, but the price was family friendly and it suited our needs. As there was no one at reception, trying to get a request met over the phone, was delayed and somewhat frustrating. I apprepriate the person on the phone was doing the best they could to help rectify the issue.

After waiting for 1.5 hours try to get access to the property, one of the other guests who was also waiting, found another phone number to ring (after all the others were not be answered). She was connected to an overseas call centre who was able to eventually text the room access code. . . Hence the rest of us all did the same thing. Then after waiting for so long, we were presented with a completely over priced room, with insects crawling through the sheets, with an horrible smell. I am a very regular traveler for work and pleasure and have never had such a ridiculously over priced place. Honestly, stay in a backpackers. Donot consider this place.

The location is in walking distance to the shops/restaurants but not in the nicest part of town. We felt a little unsafe there. The room was basic but clean. Good price for what it is.
