The staff didn’t help with guidance how to get to azul that required 2 boats.
The hostess spoke very little English, cute but not helpful.
The bungalows located beautifully on the sea. The 2 booked identical units had major price difference.
The shower is tortures: hot, cold, no water repeat.
Cleaning the room is done at unexpected time. Towels change only by request.
Internet was weak, spotty text messaging.
The beach itself beautiful, but the sea bed in this resort is not sand, you need to be very careful walking.

The lunch area has not enough chairs.
The service of the waiters is polite, welcoming and trying to please.
Food selection limited with no option out of the resort. You are a prisoner of the place. 3 days, the only fish is mahi.
The cooking was ok, not gourmet but fine, the prices are outrageous. A single pepper filled with rice and small side order $28
The rear area looks like slams. Stinking water around, when the wind in that direction, you smell it like city dumpster.
Misleading ad, children are allowed.
Missing guidance for the booked boat tour ended up missing a lot.
Dogs roaming around, including a Pitbull.
I can’t tell you that we suffered overall, after all it was a vacation and we did get to relax, but we didn’t get our money’s worth.
