Avoid! Dodgy hotel with unlawful behaviour!
I booked a Comfort Double room but Tomasi showed me a low quality room which was not even advertised on the website and then a Standard Double room before showing me the room I booked for. We are not happy with the way we have been treated. They should have showed us a Comfort Double room at check in. This is a dishonest behaviour and we have reported to Hotels.com and they are investigating into this matter. The bathroom they showed me in the first room made me sick and unwell for the entire afternoon and I couldn't eat for the whole day. It was unbearable. They staff used bad language when we demanded refund and didn't let us leave it peace. They used all sorts of excuses to twist the facts and blame us. Money is still owed by the hotel.

Best in Bastia
Small pretty hotel right off St Nicholas square. Go sit there. So lively. Good cafe. Tourist center there. Hotel is perfect except for no elevator and it is one floor walk up. Breakfast is extra and really worth it. Delivered to room. Held our luggage when we arrived early on ferry. All except late night clerk do speak English.

Convenient clean central Hotel
We took a comfort room which is comparable to travel lodge.Basic but quality bedding and very clean. Also had a fridge. Breakfast served in your room. Central for everything. I deal city break. Staff were very friendly helpful and spoke English.

Excellent location
This is a small hotel and does its best given its limitations. The location of course is excellent near the port and the center. It's on the first floor with no elevator. The reception was very friendly, spoke good English and offered tips, though we did struggle a bit with the nighttime receptionist due to our lack of knowledge of French. The room was good and spacious- we stayed in a triple room and the bathroom was quite clean. They offered a breakfast in the room but we decided to go outside for breakfast given the location is quite central.

Great location in Bastia
Great location, close to ferry terminal and train station, and helpful staff. In an area full of shops and restaurants and an easy walk to the Bastia attractions. Small but comfortable room.

Sehr netter Empfang, unkompliziert. Motorradparkplatz direkt gegenüber. Frühstück wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Sauber, alles super. Wir waren nur eine Nacht hier, dafür perfekt.

Unfortunately you warned us around 5:30 p.m. on the day of your planned stay that you would not come. We have put your rooms back on sale but we have not been able to sell them, otherwise, of course, we would have made a commercial gesture. But wouldn't it make more sense to file your claim with the company airline?

Hôtel très sympa idéalement placé dans la ville. Hormis les escaliers (donc peu adapté aux PMR) les chambres sont très jolies et très agréables. Le personnel a été hyper sympa et nous a même indiqué d’autres passages pour notre road trip. Nous recommandons vivement !

Très bel hôtel situé au centre-ville, pas beaucoup de place de parking il faut se garer au parking payant de la gare 12,80 € la journée Le petit-déjeuner est servi en chambre La chambre est un peu petit mais pour une nuit cela suffit Les trajet entre les villes sont très long
