Anything we needed was accomodated and communication was excellent throughout even before we arrived as this was for our parents 40th anniversary. Stunning location and accommodation. "The rooms are basic but clean, with lots of towels in the room and good amenities. The restaurant is fantastic as well as the pool area. 25 min walk into bardolino and 15 minutes to the lake. If have accessibility issues this place might not be for you but great otherwise "
