"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. Staff should be taught customer service as it is the guests that keep them in business. The apartment room had all the basic amenities, cookware, utensils and plenty of storage. The neighbourhood is quite pleasant. I loved the fact that it had co working spaces downstairs and a laundry facility on the ground floor. There is a nice eating area with restaurants and bars behind the...

"First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Top Bassens Hotel Reviews

Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

Staycity Aparthotels, Bordeaux City Centre

8/10 Good
"Central location walking distance to station and rue Sainte Catherine. Friendly staff, clean and welcoming lobby. On site laundry is plus. Rooms are small and the king size bed makes it virtually impossible to move around. The shower works great, no skimping on water. The kitchenette is useless due to its size. Impossible to operate the induction stove top and same with the microwave. These appliances should come with a technician on site. The towel warmer was inoperable. Despite the size downside and kitchenette deficiencies still good value."
