"Best thing about Caribe Royale was the pool, it’s huge and fantastic. Room itself was spacious, all equipment was in great condition. The lobby, Starbucks near reception, bar food, the market all were good and handy. Nothing to complain about, we stayed for 5 nights and it was pleasant and enjoyable. Room service was prompt. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone who is planning a stay in Orlando with all good amenities and a great pool. All attractions like Universal, Disney, Seaworld were within 20 mins by cab and complimentary shuttle to Disney was very handy. Overall 5 stars."

"I stayed here for one night after leaving Disney, and overall it was a decent experience. I primarily chose this hotel because of the airport transportation, which worked out well with no issues. The staff were very friendly they even held our bags until check-in, which was really helpful. They also gave us several recommendations for places within walking distance. The African-American woman at the front desk around 6 PM stood out in particular—she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to things to do in the area. Breakfast was fair, about what others have described. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but I didn’t experience any major cleanliness issues or uncomfortable conditions. It served its purpose well for a one-night stay."

"Room was clean, beds comfortable We had an issue with hot water as a pipe had burst in hotel grounds, so unable to shower etc, Absolutely no contact from management for an explanation, I rang reception to be informed they were aware & an engineer was working on it, after approx 15 hrs our water came back on, Spoke to hotel manager at reception who said no compensation or offer of goodwill for the inconvenience, The line to customer service at reception was long during the day, as no announcements or updates were made, Very poor service from management, On Thursday 9th April, there was going to be more problems at hotel as engineers were again looking into the fault, but there was a notice stuck up in Lift to make customers aware"

"We were beyond happy with our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. All of the staff are amazing, super helpful and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean, they also provided starters and additional supplies, so it was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pools, it was relaxing! Very happy with we stayed at this hotel! We’ll be staying here again if we ever come back to Orlando."
