"The conditions are poor with stuffy smelly room- surely people have smoked there. Also the carpet was old and didn’t look clean. The toilet paper was not new roll but one for a day or so. The lighting in the room is dim."

"There aren’t many hotels to choose from in Hakkari. Hotel Sibar is central, on street parking is available, the staff are helpful and some speak English. I’m not convinced that at £80 per night it is better value than other hotels in the Van or Hakkari region."

Over all , it is an appropriate place to stay.
"The place is quite ok to stay with your family. The staff are very much helpful and kind. The place is located in the middle of the city. Just a couple of walking steps and you are there in the middle of the city where you do have all the various markets and the shopping center within your hand ..."
