good value for the price, great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Richmond hotel. Excellent staff and very good location.

Service was great. Breakfast was fantastic! The ride from the airport was terrible because we had to wait around 45 minutes - a taxi would have been faster and half the money. The room was good, but the shower was too small.

The property was very nice in appearance. Our room was on the first floor overlooking a small park, which had people in it all night carrying on conversations right outside of our window. The bed was not comfortable, was two twin size beds pushed together to make a king with two separate duvet covers on it in order to cover the bed surface. Perhaps it’s a Turkish thing, but there were no face cloths in the bathroom for showering or cleaning yourself. Location has excellent access to all of the sights in the old city area.

Awesome staff, good breakfast buffet and perfect location to most of old Istanbul landmarks. A friendly ask: please fix your scrambled eggs :)
