"We were only in the area of Perugia for one day but we landed on a gem with this B&B. A beautiful home on the hills overlooking Perugia, Michele had his own guide of places to eat at and visit. With our limited time this was perfect and did not disappoint. The room was cozy and the following morning, breakfast and espresso was ready to go. "The area was very nice and the view was nice. The hotel was very noisy. We had children running around to 1 am and the person in the room next to me was snoring so load. You could hear it in our room"

"Although not for everyone, our room was on the 5th floor ( no elevator) but we had a small balcony at rooftop level that I enjoyed sitting out on and watching the swifts and soaring around. The location was excellent for walking everywhere"
