Zowel de keuken als de andere voorzieningen waren goed uitgerust. De wifi was stabiel en redelijk snel. De badkamer was zeer proper. De douche had steeds warm water en was makkelijk te bedienen. "L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, juste devant la gare, et des arrêts d'autobus et de tramway. C'est toutefois assez bruyant dans les environs. Lors de notre première nuit, il faisait très chaud et nous ne pouvons rien y faire parce que le changement vers le mode été du système de climatisation n'avait pas encore été fait. Les chambres sont très petites, mais confortables. C'est un peu incommodant de devoir utiliser la carte de la chambre pour entrer dans l'hôtel et utiliser l'ascenseur, parce que nous n'avons qu'une seule carte par chambre."

"Room was clean and nice location for walking along the river and in to old town. Confirmed during check in that AC was operational as it is very hot this week. Told it was to then find out the restrict your ability to use it. Room would not go below 18 and it was warm, stuffy and sticky in there so not an enjoyable stay. Staff assistance was requested with no solution or override of system provided. Not impressed and would not stay again in warm weather."

"The staff we met were lovely and helpful. The online check in is not easy for people who are on bicycles for 6 hours before arriving so we weren't able to access our room. It got sorted with a phone call to a concierge and though the restaurant was closed (at what we thought was an early hour) the staff stayed to serve us lovely food. People are lovely, systems are weird. "
