"Amazing resort with great views, delicious buffet breakfast, several pool options, gaming room, mini golf and so much more! They also provided local transportation to places like Manual Antonio park, etc.. Dinner and drink menus I think were a little over priced but the food was good! The best part was the monkey that visited our balcony (tropical room) each morning and evening! Overall, I would easily stay here again. "

"There really is nothing to fault. What an incredible stay. Perfect location. Easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants, supermarket etc. Staff were just delightful esp on reception and in Anaconda, made such a fuss over my son for his birthday. Room was huge and the view, well just to die for, (B2) never had such a large balcony, it was amazing. I did question this hotel before I booked as there was some mixed reviews and the pictures were dated, I am so glad we did, it exceeded all expectations. We had sloths in the trees by reception, the best daily monkey breakfasts which were hilarious, especially when we had our French toast stolen. Just magic. Thank you!!!"

"Loved the hotel the views the staff , everything was perfect . The only thing that I would improve is the showers the water was cold the 5 days stayed , after a hot pool and beach day , bathroom water freezing. It ideal , but everything else great"

"This property exceeded expectations in every way. The amenities were outstanding, and the staff was both professional and genuinely friendly. Everything was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained—it truly felt breathtaking in person. The photos don’t do it justice at all. The food was excellent, and the team went above and beyond to help plan activities, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this property—10/10."

"Pros: breathtaking views, kind staff, and good food (though limited variety). Cons: very poor communication and lack of professionalism. We had no water one morning with zero notice or apology. My spa appointment started 30 minutes late with no communication, and the spa is extremely misleading—it’s advertised as a beautiful panoramic space, but in reality it’s just a regular bedroom like the ones guests stay in. That felt very disappointing and dishonest. A guided tour we booked happened without a Real guide (he was out and they didn’t communicate that so the front desk person gave us the tour), and several amenities (zip line, Tarzan swing) didn’t work. Parts of the property feel unfinished or neglected, with construction debris and areas that even felt unsafe. The laundry service returned my clothes incomplete (most of my socks missing), and again, there was no follow-up or apology—just a message after we had already left saying they had them. On top of everything, they never offered any refund, compensation, or even a simple apology for all these issues. Overall, it feels like a place focused more on marketing than on guest experience, quality, or maintaining the property. While I know some people enjoy it, our experience was disappointing and far from what was advertised."

"Location is amazing, close to everything but tucked away enough to be a quiet relaxing stay. Yes the hill is a steep climb, but they offer a lift on the cart or you get a great glute workout. Breakfast was consistently great, best pancakes and gallo pinto. Dinner is also great. Staff are always super nice and helpful. We had more close encounters with wildlife on property than any park we toured. Sloths live on property and monkeys visit every morning. The view is AMAZING. We will be staying again "
