This was a great hotel especially because it was reasonably priced. My room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the hot tub indoors and the breakfast.

We loved our stay there. Everything we needed was close. Clean and quiet room. Hot breakfast with several eating options. Nice staff. My only complaint is that the indoor swimming pool was way too cold to use. Hot tub was fine though.

Computer and printer in guest office room wasn’t working, as it was not working when we stayed there approx 4weeks ago. Desk clerk said “ they are going to get someone to work on it”. Same as 4 weeks ago. Carpet in hall on fourth floor needed vacuuming.

The property, staff, breakfast etc was fine, but the walls are PAPER THIN. We had neighbors that blared headbanger metal music but because it wasn’t 10pm yet the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. They did quiet down after 10pm, but then noise level came back (TV) at 430am for a time, then really got loud at 6:30am with inappropriate language for my kids to wake up to.

The room had dirty counters in the suite and the floors had our socks turn black. It had a funny smell that we couldn't get rid of. There was never anyone at the front desk when we had questions or at check out. Our car got broken into while staying at the hotel and we couldn't find anyone to inform of this information.

Hotel describes self as pet friendly. But between the exorbitant pet fee (which, as my pup is service pup didn’t pay) and the ver small gravel patch for toileting, not truly pet friendly Also asked not to walk dog through front entrance

The hotel sidewalk has a slab which has been pushed up an inch or so above the adjacent slabs. Instead of repairing the problem, management had the edges sprayed with pale yellow paint. On an early morning walk, I smacked into the edge of the slab. Nine days later I am still limping. In addition, I was charged a $50 refundable deposit which was not refunded as of a week later.

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places I wouldn’t stay again but I’m actually looking for what other locations I can find Holiday Inn and Suites. Only issue I had was the jacuzzi wasn’t working. Other than that very nice place to stay and the staff was super friendly. Would easily stay again
