"Reasonably close to downtown, and yet affordable. The staff is friendly, the service is basic, but all I needed. It is smart to keep the car parked at the hotel: downtown is walkable, but it is a steep slope. Public Transport is available nearby: Planer Hill Park and Ride Welcome Center with Transit Service. Several restaurants nearby, if you don't want to descend into the canyon."

"Phone in the room did not work to call front office. Room was big. Bed was comfortable. Kid’s loved the pool. I enjoyed the outside movie and bought popcorn at the snack stand. They have games to play outside for a small fee."

"Our stay couldn’t have been better!!Staff was 5-star!! Our cabin was clean and had everything we wanted or needed!!The view was beautiful!!They even had free canoes, kayaks, paddle boards!!The office has free movies, games and puzzles!!I will definitely be going back in the future!!!♥️"

"The water took a while to heat up, and after all the walking we did around downtown, we took multiple showers. Water stayed hot for the first shower, but when my husband showered, the water didn't stay hot very long. Maybe five minutes tops. And the cottage has ants. We did our best to keep it clean during our stay, but we found ants in the bed during the night. I'm sure keeping ants out can be difficult when not every guest makes it a priority to keep their cottage clean, but it was rather irritating to battle ants while staying at the cottage."

"A wonderful place to stay and enjoy Eureka Springs! Just a few steps away from spring street, it's within easy walking distance of restaurants (try Local Flavor! the best) and the historical museum. It's a great perk to be able to park your car in the reserved spot and not worry about street parking in ES. The bed was very comfortable, the suite was cozy and well appointed with everything we needed for an overnight getaway. The delivered breakfast was hot and delicious as well! We would definitely stay here again."
