"First of all it could not be found. My sat nav couldn't find it. Varney Rd did not have a street sign and I don't think 44 actually exists. It took over 1 hour to locate this den. The key lockbox is situated on a wall, unmarked, and with all adjacent doors un numbered, on what can only be described as wasteland behind some shops. "Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"I had a great stay at Best Western. The staff were brilliant, the room was perfect and my overall experience was great. The only thing that I feel needs improvement is the lift. Any time I used to go up to my room on the second floor the lift would clunk before reaching the level and doors opening. It left me a little bit worried that I could be stuck. Otherwise a really good experience and will use them again."

"We love this quirky hotel in Nottingham and its our go to place when visiting the Motorpoint Arena. Last night was disappoint because some moron was playing the same music, loudly, for quite a long time after lights out. So not a great night then to top it us this morning the hospitality tray had not been replenished and there was no milk for my wifes coffee and only one packet of biscuits! We will still look to stay there next time but we are now on the two strikes and out!"
