Oh my goodness, myself and my husband cannot rate this hotel highly enough. It is pure perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, the food, ambiance and hotel/room was more than perfect. There is absolutely nothing negative to say. Thank you so much for for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be back!

Well laid out resort with 4 swimming pools, restaurant and cocktail bar. A mini market at the beginning of the resort, well stocked with all your holidays needs. The appartment was very comfortable, very clean and sheets and towels changed on a regular basis. The resort is about a 20 minute flat walk into Tavira town, but not a very pleasant walk as there is a pavement only part of the way and some rough ground. There are local buses but don't run very regularly. We used taxis most of the time...

Most enjoyable stay with friendly staff, well appointed apartment for the price and great swimming pool with it's own bar, delightful cocktail barman, Rudi, (check out his Sangria!) and poolside dining facilities. Also the main restaurant, Bobby Jones Grill and Bar was first class where the decking outside overlooks the golf course set in beautiful umbrella pines. Late afternoon 'happy hour' is a must! We also had several breakfasts in the coffee bar by reception and 'full English' was just that...

Suitable for small family units with young children. Sounds snooty to say but no riffraff here- everyone is well turned out in tailored shorts/summer dresses etc. Not many tats, football tops, or larger drinking 'here mate' riffraff. The parents appear middle class hard working- podgy dads with trophy wives and the kids are called Emily, charlotte, Henry, Sebastian etc. (I laughed at the pool). Was costly, but then you pay for quality and this facility has all you need for a great family holiday...

Amazing resort with even better staff, made me and my wife feel extremely well looked after. Receptionist able to deal with any requests and always with a smile no problem to big or small for the VDL staff. The resort it's self is beautiful with only a short walk to the beach where an abundance of fabulous restaurants and the resorts pool facilities. Evening time was even better with live music playing every night and wonderful food. The internal resort shuttle one of the best ways to get around...

I travelled to Vilamoura with my mother and my three children. We occupied two twin rooms during our four night stay. The rooms were very clean and spacious. It surpassed all of our expectations I love the shower and deep bath tub . The staff were extremely kind, courteous and professional and went the extra mi. The view from the third floor was great as you could see above and beyond the landscape. The balcony was very very large. The walk to the beach as pleasant as there is a leafy garden...

We found our holiday exactly as we imagined it would be from reviews we read.

Great place, will be back.

This is a lovely resort, well kept and plenty facilities for all. The resort has a traditional feel to it because of the décor. All staff were very attentive and friendly throughout the hotel.

The Salema Beach Village ishigh end with top spec properties. The properties are very well built and tastefully (yet simply) decorated. We stayed in Townhouse No.111 which is a 3-bedroom and at the back of the complex, overlooking the pool. Once the pool bar opens it will be next door to this property. Cleaners come in every day (the time varied from 10am on one day to around 5pm on most days) which meant the townhouse was kept spotless. The pool and surrounding area is also spotless as...

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. The restaurant had a good menu for lunches. We didn't go in the evenings, so I don't know about the menu for that. The staff were really...

This was our first time in Portugal. After two days of research I booked this hotel as it looked amazing. We entered the resort we were blown away by how amazing the scenery was. We carried on driving towards the Ocean suites and I was really happy I booked this hotel. It looked beautiful. As we entered the doors and approached the reception we could smell the cleanliness of the place. The staff were lovely and although our check in was at 4pm, we got to the hotel at 11:30am and we had requested...

Our 2nd visit to Pine cliffs, first was in 2014, a lot has changed with some additions to the resort, but the same amazing service remains. The recpetion staff were so helpful, as were the restaurants in catering to our dietry requirements. A lovely short break that's was just perfect!

Fifth time of staying and loved it as much as ever.

We loved this resort. Set in lovely grounds with excellent facilities, we stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. The resort was very quiet and most mornings we had sole use of the gym. We opted for the breakfast buffet which provided an excellent spread of food with both hot and cold options. We would definitely go back again in the future

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Beautiful location, surrounded by the nature, piece and quiet. Our room was really spacious with 2 bathrooms, a big bed with tv, living room with another tv and a kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall it's a modern hotel that I truly recommend.

A high standard hotel situated within 10 minutes walk from the centre of Albufeira. There are a number of good bars and restaurants very close by. The hotel is very welcoming and is clean and modern. The restaurant was good but I would recommend eating out in some of the great restaurants nearby. Both pools are very good and there is no problem getting sunbeds. The wifi was free and it worked very well. The is a supermarket and shopping mall 2 minutes walk away which is also very...

Brilliant 1 week stay. Excellent food, staff and facilities. Right on the beach, modern Hotel, clean, excellent location and friendly and efficient staff. Also great value for money for a 5* Hotel.
