"Amazing "

"The staff was wonderful, and so were the jungle hikes and the animals we encountered (no sloths were currently being rehabilitated; they had been released, which is great). In previous reviews, I saw people complaining about no hair dryer - all you have to do is call the front desk, and they will bring you one! There's an iron and an ironing board in the room, clean, soft bed and bedding, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet (LOVED all the cold salads, best food I've had on all our trip), nice, quiet pool, hot water, coffee,a fridge and microwave in the room, great location, and is great for the price. I would recommend bringing your own pool towels or bringing your ID to get one and returning it at the pool. If you want a huge, fancy resort, go to the other rainforest resort and pay the price. This was an excellent stay for the price."
