"Our room was not ready until 4 hours after check in. And when we did check in we had ocean view instead of the forest view. Although we had issues the staff was able to provide some extra amenities the make our stay more enjoyable."

"Was a good price and location for our trip. Close to the town of fajardo and ceiba (ferry terminal). Does lack a little in counter space - especially in the bedroom which only contains the bed. Very close to a restaurant and the kids loved the pool."

"Condo itself was very nice for our family. The only downside was we did not have water the entire stay (7 days) baths and showers were army baths.
