Friendly housekeeping and front desk, Walkable food options. Facilities are good. Great for airplane spotting and reasonable prices !

Bathroom was not up to standards..weak shower..zero tv..been out for months front desk said.. totally not what i expected..said because if Covid no shuttle no breakfast..
Rented a car and it was a bomb..Definitely not cool.. only saving grace was staff..very friendly very helpful
Great staff very helpful and take fast care of your needs they also rent cars for a very good price per day free breakfast not too bad overall will book there again

Airport was a $28 taxi ride away from terminal. That’s $56 dollars over and back. Deceptive because on other side of the runway. Room was in poor condition. Tea bags were ancient. Cockroach on floor when on floor when I walked in. Staff was nice. Needs a facelift to be labellwd a Best Western.

This was a great stay respectfully because of all the typhoon damage and recovery. The staff was outstanding and personable. The elevator was out due to typhoon. Staff helped me carry my suitcases up to the third floor. The room was clean and neat. Power went out a couple times due to rolling outages in the area. It was great these folks had good attitude and powered on.
Stay at the SureStay Hotel in Guam. July 21 to July 26, 2023.
The Hotel was at a disadvantage from the Super Typhoon that hit the Island at the end of May 2023. Supplies and materials on a small Island lead to repairs taking place requiring some time.
The Hotel did not have any TV service due to the Typhoon and was waiting on their cable service to complete the repair.
The restaurant was not serving Lunch or Dinner due to the Typhoon damage and was awaiting contractors to repair the damage.
Overall, my stay at this Hotel was as pleasant as possible.

Water issues
I stayed at the Sure Stay Guam Airport with my son on a layover to Hawaii from Japan. Check in was easy and the lady at the front desk was very nice. Soon after check in, we noticed the water stopped running. There was nothing at all. I went to the front desk and there was a male employee. I told him there was no water and he said it happens but it will come back. We went out and returned later that night and still no water. I had bottled water so used that to bathe. The next morning we had to check out early to get our flight home. Fortunately the water was back. I realize Guam is recovering from the recent typhoon so do not fault the hotel (I stayed in other hotels without problem). It was not a good stay. AC worked well, TV wasn't working. WiFi was okay. Not much around the hotel so a car is needed.
I arrived at this hotel to find out they had no electricity or water and refused to let me in. Did they cancel my reservation before I spend a ton on taxi rides, no!! Did Expedia help mitigate the issue absolutely NOT after spending more than three hours on hold. Worst experience ever. Property is awful and so are the staff!!
Had everything, but found blood stains on pillow. No outlet for coffee pot,cord too short to use only used outlets in bathroom. Otherwise, it's nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The continental breakfast was very weak (toast, fruit, coffee).
My sink was a little bit dirty, and no surprise that it was a little noisy because of the proximity to the air port.

Good price, good location, near restaurants
Limited parking space, Needs better rules enforcement (guest hanging towels and clothes on patio rail) making hotel look trashy. Dirty stairway, Needs more selection on continental breakfast. Online pictures misleading
