"The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work. Not what we expected from a 5 star hotel. We stayed in a Suite room but the noise was really bad we could hear the room next door using the shower and flushing the toilet. The hotel noise was also really loud in the mornings the banging and bumping around from housekeeping and the restaurant downstairs "

"Basic hotel great location clean and tidy a bit dated but no lift so was an issue when you have mobility issues staff were very helpful continental breakfast was lovely and fresh"

All the staff we came into contact with were very good. great hotel and great location would always look this hotel up if we return to this area."

"The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! "
