"Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security."

"We had a terrible experience with this Hotel, we were celebrating my sons birthday and the room they gave us was terrible, it was located in the underground parking lot, smell bad , no air conditioning and kokaroach infested, canceled it immediately and still waiting for our refund"
