"I had a very pleasant stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location is very convenient, with public transport, cafés, and main attractions nearby. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive and helpful whenever needed. "We had booked to stay here for two nights, the night before we were due to arrive they cancelled the second night on us due to an administrative error. We asked to check in early due to inconvenience which they agreed to, when we turned up the room was not ready, due to some 'crazy' previous guests. When we finally got into room the whole apartment stank of smoke, which was down to the previous guests acciding to Sandra the housekeeper. Also the appartment was very cold. On the plus side, the appartment is located very centrally and the owner, Manuel did drop us off a can of air freshener and a duvet for bed. I think you pay for what get with this apartment and I would suggest that you do a day trip to Teror rather than book here. "
