"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. "This was our first time at a resort and Tivoli la Caleta Resort has set the bar very high. From the moment we arrived it was excellent service from the bellhop to the attendant to the cleaning staff. We were at the property for five nights and the level of service was high the entire time. Our room was lovely, the amenities outstanding and fantastic turn down service every night. An incredible experience and one that we hope to enjoy again soon. The views are stupendous, we had a meal at the poolside bar and enjoyed breakfast every morning. The area immediately surrounding the resort was calm and quiet and there is a sidewalk that extends to the boardwalk that was well lit at night. I cannot say enough food things about our experience. We also used the spa services and they were superb. "
