Falta manutenção e empenho em atender melhor o cli
A estrutura geral do resort é bem cuidada, boa e bonita. Minha estadia foi boa, mas o resort deixou a desejar: chuveiro e pia do banheiro do casal estavam entupidos, chamei no terceiro dia e mandaram um bombeiro que consertou. O banheiro da sala da suíte vaza água de banho por debaixo do box, bombeiro não consertou. A televisão do quarto de casal só pega 4 canais, solicitei um técnico para reparar por 2 vezes e não enviaram. O restaurante principal onde é servido o self service é muito quente, ventilação insuficiente e sem ar condicionado. As portas deste salão não ficam todas abertas o que dificulta o acesso. Os toaletes são fora do salão, longe e para acessar alguns ainda tem que sair no tempo… A comida do resort é farta e diversificada, porém pouco temperada, muitas vezes sem sal. Os talheres ficam em cima da mesa sem forro e há restrição de guardanapos nas mesas, somente um por pessoa. Espero ter contribuído para a melhoria…

All inclusive de qualidade e equipe excelente!
Tudo foi excelente, desde a chegada até a partida. Quero ressaltar apenas alguns pontos para possíveis melhorias: a cortina blackout do quarto, que não escurece tão bem; a falta de água quente à noite; o Wi-Fi muito ruim, que funciona bem praticamente apenas no prédio principal; e a necessidade de mais alertas de pratos com camarão nas refeições. Eu estava com uma pessoa que tem alergia e por pouco ele não comeu o yakissoba, que não tinha indicação de camarão nos cartões. Por falar em cartões de indicação, havia um com a escrita “iorgute” em uma das refeições de algum dia. Também não entendi muito bem o “champoo” no banheiro. De resto, só tenho elogios. Tudo fantástico. Um último comentário: a proposta do hotel é exaltar autores de livros. Isso inclui a J.K. Rowling, autora da série Harry Potter. O problema é que é sabido que ela apoia e até mesmo financia instituições transfóbicas. Em pleno 2024, acho isso inaceitável e o hotel deveria repensar a sua atitude em relação a ela.

O hotel não possui um playground infantil, possui um parque de madeira que fica na areia e no sol quente e a noite no total escuro, deixa a muito a desejar para as crianças, precisa melhorar o serviço, café da manhã precisa ser melhor organizado, apenas 1 pessoa pra fazer tapioca, omelete gerando filas e espera longa, se diz all inclusive só que ao pedir uma taça de vinho as 18 h informaram que só quando o restaurante abrisse as 19 h, precisa melhorar em vários aspectos do serviço prestado.

O Hotel é muito legal, a equipe sempre bem disposta a ajudar. Hotel muito bom para família. A área da piscina é fantástica. A praia ótima para um banho e fazer uma caminhada. A única observação que tenho, é a academia minúscula para o tamanho do hotel.

O hotel é novo, bonito, com boas instalações. A praia é linda! Praticamente do hotel. A comida do Buffet é boa, mas a limpeza em geral é ruim. Apenas um restaurante a la carta vale a pena. Os outros( italiano e nordestino) são ruins. O atendimento é ruim, pessoas muito mal preparadas, desanimadas. Precisam focar no treinamento. Isso em todas as partes do hotel, desde a Recepcao, concierge, até restaurante, bares. A piscina é linda, gigante. Mas deixam as pessoas comerem, beberem dentro dela, o que é nojento. Monitoria é ok, apenas isso. Hotel tem grande potencial, basta acertarem alguns pontos. Desejo sucesso ao Vila Galé Alagoas

Mil elogios para a equipe de entretenimento, especialmente o Babalu e o Lyon. O Igor da manutenção extremamente atencioso. Destaque especial pra Karla , recepcionista do Restaurante Inevitável. Mar maravilhoso em frente ao hotel , porém infelizmente não tem serviço de praia para comida e bebida , somente água. As camareiras deixam a desejar e os quartos não ficam bem limpos. Deveria ter uma música ao vivo , tipo voz e violão no lobby do hotel e não tem , só tem um músico tocando piano e outro sax , porém longe das pessoas e bem baixinho, um desperdício, já que o lobby é bonito e espaçoso e tem um bar bem legal. A comida nos restaurantes temáticos é boa , mas no principal deixa a desejar. A comida no restaurante perto da piscina é todo o dia igual , não muda nada. Sentimos falta de um camarão a milanesa , por exemplo.
