"My stay was great. The hotel staff does everything in their power to make sure they solve every issue you may have, as little as it may be. They always are willing to listen and never drop the ball. My wife and one of my kids cannot eat gluten, and they did everything they could to make sure they had safe food every time, and accomodated to the different meals we asked for them every day. "The location deserves all 5 stars! The bedrooms were spacious, clean and with a great view. The place was fully booked what made it hard to enjoy the pool area, and made the staff overwhelmed. The kitchen staff is very nice and the food was amazing! "
