Everything seems clean except the toilet, we have to wipe the stains clean ourselves. The breakfast is good but the tray of scrambled eggs is lined with plastic sheet which we consider not appropriate.

Hotel left guests stranded in their parking lot for 2-3 days after a snowstorm while other businesses cleared their lots the day after the storm. I have no doubt vehicles were damaged from struggling to get out - Mine was. For those visitors from years past, this is no longer the place it once was. ...

Room had an off odor, pool had stuff floating on the bottom(paper) and was cooler(maybe because the room is large and it wasn't very warm.
