Lovely hotel with swimming pool if required. So much walking to various places and close to cisano boat crossings. Found some nice bars locally and from Lazise to Garda which is walkable although Garda is a long walk if you do there and back. Good choice for breakfast. We were upgraded which made our room even better. Thank you

Staff were fantastic

Staff were fantastic and nothing was a problem for them. Breakfast was very good. Location was great and room balcony was handy. Pool was clean and spacious. My only suggestion is that tea and coffee facilities be provided in room eg kettle

Great property overall. I get the feeling that this property caters to older crowds and young couples. We are a family of 5 (three kids 8 and under) so our kids energy didn’t match the vibe. I would definitely recommend this hotel to couples without kids or with older children. Staff are nice and more than accommodating, free bike rentals are great (all adult sized, a couple with kids seats). The hotel has afternoon happy hour and a nearby restaurant. Most guests seem to laze around the pool or sunbath all day with drinks nearby. The hotel is maybe 25-50 yards to the lake front and bike trail (which is why we picked this location) a few solid restaurants are less than 5 minutes away as well as boat rentals and the local ferry dock. The hotel offers parking or is 5 a minute walk to the bus stop (Cisano b = northbound, a= southbound), plan for 10-20 minute delay during the summer months. If traveling by bus get a multi day pass at the train station or Bardolino bus station tourist info booth. You can also purchase day use tickets from the bus driver. So for couples of all ages 5 of 5 definitely book this location. Families with energetic children might be better served at a hotel that caters to that demographic.

Would not recommend. There were no parking and mosquitoes in room (despite no windows/door open). Front desk sees you struggle and really does not care.

Very enjoyable stay

Really nice place. Rooms are simple, nothing fancy but “OK”. The public Areas are quite nice, especially the Pool Area. My overall positive rating goes back to the super nice staff. You always feel welcome, no matter what time of the day. Walking distance to more Restaurants or along the Lake, all very good.

Basis is meer dan in orde. Niet alle kamers hebben even goed uitzicht op het meer. Hotel en kamers zijn recentelijk gerenoveerd maar vrij basic, vooral de badkamer. Geen plek om toiletartikelen neer te zetten. Gemeenschappelijke ruimtes mooi! Ontbijten bij zwembad met uitzicht op het meer. De weg langs het hotel is vrij druk.

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr schön, mit tollem Blick auf den See. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Reinigung der Zimmer könnte etwas gründlicher sein, vor allem wurde der Balkon und das geländer nicht von den Hinterlassenschaften der Vögel gereinigt. Beim Frühstück war immer mal wieder was aus und Spiegeleier und Omelett gab es nicht. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Fantastisk hotell!!

Veldig fint hotell med freshe rom. Vi var så heldig å fikk et rom med stor balkong, utsikt mot sjøen og over bassenget. Personalet var veldig hyggelig å hjalp med parkering og lån av sykler. Vi hadde et fantastiske opphold med god frokost og ypperlig service. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Superbra vistelse!

Rent, fräscht och verkade vara väldigt nyrenoverat. Frukosten saknar absolut ingenting. Poolen perfekt stor och djupet som (bara) var 1,30m var TOPPEN! En kort promenad ner till mysiga Cisano hamn där det är marknad vissa dagar och kvällarna erbjuder grymma restauranger. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till San Marco!
