Clean rooms, very friendly service. Elevator thing was a bit confusing, but we eventually figured it out. Would be useful to have 4 full sets of towels in the room, so we didn’t have to ask for towels the first day. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the property

The overall ambience was elevated. Walking through the main entrance is a joy with the fragrance of the flowers and the hotel scent. The esplanade shops are beautiful. The only thing I would like to see different is coffee availability in The room.
