Their service was amazing. They allowed us to store our luggage with them before and after check in/out. The front desk staff were all amazing. They were so accomodating and even emailed me immediately to let me know that they had found my jacket that I left behind with our passports in them. The property is close to everything. We walked mostly everywhere,and if we chose to use public tranportation, it was all just a few steps out the front door of the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice room - quiet with effective air conditioning and a fan. What’s great about this hotel is that tea, coffee and water is available anytime and whilst no breakfast is available the facilities are there for you to eat your bought breakfast. The terrace and refreshments area are also very nice. Good very central location.

This was a great simple hotel 1/2 block from the University Plaça. The only issue is that the front desk is only open during the day so if you have early morning or evening questions about buses or tours there is no one to talk to. No breakfast included but they have a nice self serve area with coffee maker and tea, microwave and an outdoor patio

Arrived at 6pm to an empty hotel with no staff so unable to check in. No notice or anything about what to do so had to find an emergency number where I was told I had to go to a different hotel to check in. Not ideal. Also could’ve been cleaner in the bathrooms. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Location is perfect, hotel is ok. Floor and doors were broken and falling apart, room smelled like a locker-room, but staff was very helpful and friendly. Seems very very expensive, but the location in the center of town is hard to beat.

This hotel had a good location next to metro and near the happening parts of Barcelona. The room was a little sparse. Could use some homeliness. Could refill water at each cleaning. The bed was uncomfortable.

The property was fine. It gave off a hostel vibe. My only concern was there was no one working the desk at night. I checked in around 8 pm and checked out by 5am and didn't see a single soul. I would have felt much safer if they had at least 1 person working the night shift. Other than that it was a nice small room. Clean and AC worked well

The partitions of the rooms are very thin, therefore you can hear clearly the voices of closing doors, showing, chattering of your neighbours. Moreover, the room is stuffy, I can’t imagine living there in summertime.

I think the only thing good about the property was its location its at a central area where metro is right in front of you and many buse stations as well. There is about 8hr front desk service per day, NOT 24hour. My room had a window that opened ontk a elevator shaft, so yiu can see the elevator going up and down from the side... no ventilation system in the room so when you shower, everything in the room gets soggy.

The hotel was very good, clean and the staff was friendly. However, there was no staff available at the hotel at night. On one of the nights of our stay, the fire alarm went off and no staff showed up to help. The guests had to call the firefighters and solve it by themselves. Fortunately, it was a false alarm. Anyway, we were concerned for the rest of our stay due to the lack of support from the administration on this issue.

Want to give it a good review but I can’t Not worth it. You can hear EVERYTHING from rooms next door (literally everything from TV, toilet flushing, voices/speaking). Another thing is bathrooms NEED improvement renovations ASAP. I didn’t feel safe while trying to sleep - next door guest always tried to enter my room. There is no staff in this hotel past 6 pm - literally not a soul and that to me feels unsafe but I do understand the type of “minimalistic and little” boutique accommodation this is. I like the place. It could be a good place to stay if only these things were attended to or fixed. It is nice and clean and location is wonderful. The whole floors moved because of partner banging next door! Just to give you an idea of how THIN the building structure is. I’m sure next door guests weren’t shouting or watching TV really loud…. Yet I heard it like it was inside my room. Awful experience if you wish to have a good nights rest

Wonderful rooms and a great location. Right off major train and bus lines. Less than 10min from the market. Staff was super nice! For us the noise from the street was no problem, but we are from a big city.

Die Zimmer sind an sich schön eingerichtet und die Tee/ Kaffestation inkl. begrünter Terasse ist toll! Leider gab es auch zwei negative Punkte: unser Bad war sehr veraltet und die Duschvorhänge verschimmelt. Wir haben an der Rezeption gebeten, den Schimmel zu entfernen, allerdings war er abends nach wie vor da. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sodass man die alles von der Straße und den Zimmernachbarn mitbekommt.

Gezellig kleinschalig hotel met gezellig dakterras. Kamer was klein en badkamer wel aan vervanging toe. Bed sliep prima. Service was uitstekend. Personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hadden gratis flesje wijn, chips, lollies en grote fles water op de kamer. Beneden bij het zitgedeelte kan je gratis thee, koffie, melk, koek en snoep pakken. Ook is er een gratis watertap. Hotel ligt gunstig gelegen. Dichtbij een hoop bezienswaardigheden, groot plein, La Rambla en openbaar vervoerm

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Auch der Service ist wunderbar, nettes Personal. Eine sehr tolle Serviceleistung beinhaltete unbegrenzt gratis Kaffee aus einer Kaffemaschine (Nespresso), Wasser, Tee und Plätzchen in einer schön eingerichteten Location mit Ausgang zu einer sehr süßen Terrasse. Ein einziges Manko war leider die Lautstärke und der Lärm von draußen in unserem Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit den Fenstern zur Innenstadt. Nachts war es sehr laut und im Zimmer hörte man alles. Das ist wirklich das einzige Manko, ansonsten alles super. Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen. Jede Menge Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
