Hotel was in a good area. Handy. The cleaners where lazy i would say. The toilet hadn't been fushed as we entered the room. Can of beer on balcony for a ashtray. Had a shower and some grouting fell off. Took our towels away, but didn't replace.them.

Hotel was okay as far as budget hotels go. Some things were a little strange, the staff would not provide us with any cutlery for our room, despite having a restaurant in house, and we were accused of smoking multiple times because the fire alarm was acting up. Barely provided with clean mugs in the room, I had to wash them up myself, and one day our room was not cleaned at all. We realised that the fridge turns off with the rest of the electrics when the key card is removed, which doesn’t make any logical sense, also our shower would fluctuate severe temperatures so you had to constantly step out from under the flow. Advertising a gym is misleading, it is one cable machine (with minimal attachments) and a couple of bikes. We made the best of our stay regardless, but would not return here.

It’s close to Barcelona city, walking distance but also metro and buses readily available. Check in was a bit slow and didn’t get the right room at first, area outside hotel can feel a bit unsafe if you’re alone especially.

Did not replace dirty cups. Was told of the mess on the balcony for 3 days and still did not clear it up. As a non smoker i do not want to sit with cigarette ash on my table and chairs.

Its written on their website that they do have air conditioning but they dont have. I was sweating badly during my stay. They asked me to open the window but OMG it was too noisy it smells like cannabis. How i wish i can refund my booking.

Avarage hotel
Hotel was an avarage comfort hotel. Breakfast is very goog and staff at the reception is very helpful and polite. Air-conditioning runs poorly concerning hot air and on the cons the room window does not open. The best is the location as the hotel is very central with lot of places to eat at the frond door, and is just next to the Metro station as well

Very good overall, the only issue was that we were given a room with a bathroom for people with disabilities which is usually fine with us, but the shower in that bathroom didn't have a curtain so after taking showers there was water everywhere (We had to literally use a tiny towel to mop after showers, not fun). Either they spend some money to install a curtain or they leave more or bigger floor towels to stop the water from going to the toilet or sink areas. You don't want to walk with wet sandals or wet bare feet and either make a mess in the room or have an accident that could end the trip.

The property itself is in a good location. Close to metro & easy walking distance to La Rambla. The foyer & reception area is lovely, our room had a balcony overlooking Av Paral:el. Kettle in room. The bed was ok, as was everything in the room. Can’t complain considering what we paid as this is a city hotel after all.

Hotel staff were very attentive. Room was nice but shower was slightly worn down and hot water constantly changed between hot and cold. Overall a nice hotel to stay at in a good location close to the centre.

The location was great and so close to the metro. Unfortunately, we were traveling during the July heat wave and the air conditioning could have been better. That wouldn’t have been so bad, but we couldn’t even take a cold shower. The temperature was almost scalding. I did tell the front desk, but nothing had changed when we returned to our room.
