Loved my stay at Gran Via by The Streets.
Very comfortable. Room is newly renovated. Kitchen things were new and clean. Bed was very good nice white clean sheets. Area was nice and safe, lots of eating area of the locals at the streets back of the bldg. Taxi right in front can be taken. I saw Metro all over, so transpo was easy.
You just need to leave at ones when it’s your check out time or else you will be charged.
Good reasonable issue though.

Super beliggenhed og god lille lejlighed
Super tæt på alting, Metroen var kun 50 meter væk. 2-3 km fra stort set alle ting i byen, som ikke lå langt væk. Meget venligt personale, som jeg kun har været i dialog med via nettet. Men alt klappede som aftalt og vi fik løst vores udfordring med at ankomme kl 02.00 om natten.
Fin lille lejlighed med køkken, stue, soveværelse og bad. Generelt er der meget støvet i Barcelona, så det var der også hurtigt i lejligheden.
Gode persienner som kunne mørklægge fuldstændig. Lidt støj fra gaden, men det hører med, når man vil bo centralt.
Alt i alt en god oplevelse, som vi sagtens kunne finde på at gøre igen.

Had a great stay been to the area many times so the location was perfect.
Only fault was there only being the 1 key.
As people return at different times somebody has to get up every time to let them in.

Great apartment. There’s a large fridge/freezer, washer & dryer combo, kitchen and two bathrooms which was helpful. The location is close to the metro and near convenient stores. Two keys would have been nice but we made sure with one. Overall a great apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the apartment was great. We were nervous when we left because we tried contacting the owners before our stay and our emails were never returned. All we wanted was confirmation we had a place to store our bags until check in time. It would have been nice to have the bare essentials like toilet paper hand soap in the washrooms and more than one tinny towel per person. There were no hand towels or face cloths. When you’re flying in with minimal luggage it’s difficult to bring those things.

Nos dieron la peor habitación!
El lugar solo tiene buena ubicación, de lo demás deja mucho de que hablar. pareciera que nos dieron la peor habitación, al llegar el chavo que nos atendió fue amable, solo que no resolvía las peticiones al momento ni después, nosotros tuvimos que poner la ropa de cama, las paredes estaban sucias así como el interior del apartamento, solicitamos un cambio del mismo, solo que por la temporada alta no hubo manera, el aire acondicionado se goteaba así que más de un día la cama amaneció mojada, la cama extra literalmente quedo en el suelo el colchón ya que no se detenía en su altura, una de las toallas de baño estaba llena de hoyos y solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel de baño y ya estaba comenzado!!! ademas están remodelando el edificio y los constructores empiezan con el taladro y maquinaria desde las 7 de la mañana! En general no fue buena experiencia!

Daniel was very helpful and was very patient . Since the taxis were on strike and we were stuck at the airport for 5 hours and our hotels street was blocked with the parked taxis and police ..it was about 6 hours later .before we were able to get there . He waited for us. Anything we needed and he had he gave and the hotel was very clean and was being upgraded from old paints. Thank God for the elevator and air conditioning as we would never have made it to our 7th floor apartment. Market was just down the street and shopping mall 3 blocks away near the arena and a fabulous reasonable cafe that Daniel recommended across the street on the corner. Loved the architecture of the hotel and the old doors. Park bench out front so you can people watch. The hotel was the only saving grace of our stay , in Barcelona, as the touring was limited to walking, with no taxis and 2 seniors who could not travel on the packed buses and metro.

Location was within walking distance to many wonderful sites. Near bus and metro stops. Area around apartment felt safe. Daniel was thorough and accommodating. However, bath towels were worn and utensils and glasses were few in quantity.

L’appartement est spacieux et donnait côté cours donc normalement calme mais on entendait beaucoup les voisins. La propreté laissait à désirer... les articles de toilette inexistants et la télé ne fonctionnait pas .
Côté positif proche du métro et un mini supermarché au pieds.
Serviettes de toilette, éponge , produits vaisselle et pour le lave vaisselle sont présents ainsi qu’un torchon .

Apartamento espaçoso e bem localizado
Tivemos um problema com o trânsito, e chegamos por volta das 21h. Liguei várias vezes para avisar, mas ninguém atendia. Quando consegui falar com o responsável, ele me disse que cobraria uma taxa de 20 euros. Quando chegamos, cobrou 25 euros. O prédio está em reformas, com a fachada coberta de telas e andaimes. Quando saímos, não havia ninguém para receber as chaves... esperei até a chegada das faxineiras, no horário máximo de check-out. Achei a taxa de limpeza de 70 euros, muito cara. A cama de casal é na verdade, duas camas de solteiros que facilmente se afastam com qualquer movimento. As toalhas eram velhas, encardidas e quase em trapos!

Turistfælde - bliv væk.
4500 kr. uden for sæson for at leje denne meget lille lejlighed. Dette kunne være ok, hvis ikke at der var så lyt, at man kan høre alt.Sidder nabo eller overbo og snakker, så kan man følge med i samtalen. Støjen fra gaden er så voldsom, at man er nød til at sove med ørepropper - har aldrig prøvet noget lignende. Jeg er ikke normalt lydfølsom og bruger ellers aldrig ørepropper, men denne her er rigtig slem. Der lugter konstant af kloak i lejligheden, som kommer fra afløbet på toilettet. Man er nød til konstant at lufte ud, ellers kan man ikke holde stanken ud. Sengen er en lille blød halvanden mands seng og med dobbeltdyne. Vi fik begge ondt i ryggen af at ligge og trille rundt. Der er et lille køkken, men den er sparsomt, hvad der er af køkkengrej, ja det er nærmest komisk, så det er stort set ikke særligt brugeligt. Ang. linned, så skulle vi ved ankomst betale 50 euro yderligere for det, det kan jeg ikke æse mig til nogensteder. Vi fik udleveret 2 hvide (grå) slidte håndklæder, som ikke blev skiftet i de 5 dage vi var der.. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse, find noget andet og bliv væk herfra..

Great location
Nice apartment with lots of room for 4 seniors. Great location on main street with lots of shopping and restaurants. Did a lot of walking to different areas. Truly enjoyed the hotel.
