Convenient location, very walkable with dining options around. Very clean. Had a college dorm feel which is neither pro nor con, but still a very modern feel. Highly recommend this hotel

Great stay. In a amazing location with lots of food options steps from your door step. My only complaint would be the small size of the shower. I did pick the smallest room with a twin size bed but the show was so small.

Inconsistent hot water from electric water heater (moments of intense hot water when showering). Plumbing prone to clogging (sink and toilet clogged twice in 3-day stay). Otherwise, room was very tidy, had decent amenities, and the staff were extremely courteous and prompt in fixing the plumbing issues. Street immediately outside the hotel can be noisy. Be wary of pickpocketers in this area.

Staff was very helpful and kind when problems with our initial room were brought to their attention. Unfortunately, all noise of the surrounding area/street could be heard within the room and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

We really liked the location. Close to La Rambla without being overly busy. Bed is hardest bed I've ever even imagined. Shower would randomly turn scalding hot about every 90 seconds for 3-5 seconds. It burned my feet multiple times. Walls and paper thin.

This is in a very good location. It is near in some of the Landmarks in Barcelona and is in a walking distance. There are so many shops and Restaurant around the area. The rooms are OK it's clean the only downside is that there is no coffee/tea maker in the room.Breakfast could at least be served with baked beans also the tomatoes are served whole instead of slices.The area felt safe.The staff are OK but does not entertain guest nicely and don't really feel welcome.It's like they are there to do the day to day job.

Perfectly located to walk to Picasso museum, Cathedral and Sagrada Familia. Minutes from the metro if you wanted to venture further. Area was excellent for local bars, restaurants and nightlife. Hotel room was basic but clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel was in a busy street lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping also near transportation. My room was to the back of the property with one window facing a small courtyard, it was very dark.

Good location and clean. The only real negative is it’s loud. The rooms are small and the doors are heavy so you hear absolutely every coming and going.

El hotel estaba lindo y el staff nos atendió muy bien, muy amables. Sin embargo, nos tocó una habitación con puerta que conecta a otra habitación y no pudimos dormir nada porque habían dos hombres quedándose allí y parecían de fiesta hasta las 2am aproximadamente. Avisamos en recepción pero no hicieron nada.

Arrived and checked in to be told there was no water available in our room. The next day the power went out in the whole building and on our third day the luggage room was flooded where our bags were being kept. Rooms were basic but relatively clean aside from suspect stains on the walls and rusty bathroom. Rooftop bar did not have any soft drinks aside from Kambucha. Such a shame as it’s in a good location for exploring gothic areas. Have stayed in far better at this price point. Our room door also did not lock and despite reporting this nothing was done. Not good when travelling as 2 females alone

We are very sorry that your stay was not pleasant but we would like to make some comments, when you arrived at the room there was no water for exactly 15 minutes because they were doing some tests. The next day a power outage in this area of the city caused a power outage that did not even last two minutes, so we are very sorry that this has caused a great setback, as for the water in the luggage storage room. It was due to a small leak that was immediately resolved as well. Finally, we have inspected your room and there were no suspicious stains or of course mold in the bathroom and if there had been, it is normal to notify the reception and a room change would be made if there were no problems. As for the quality-price ratio that you mention at the end of your comment, it is answered by reading the comments of 99 percent of the customers, as you can see for yourself on these pages.

Hotels.com has one photo for single room. If you go online you’ll find the room is way smaller than what is pictured. No fault of hotel. Still had a good stay, the room was the size of the stair well “L” shaped :( the hotel is at the Gothic Quarter and perfectly situated. Being that the room had two French doors and my travel was last 2 weeks of Dec. …it was cold even w the heater. Bed has to be close to doors and I could hear eveything ) conversations as people walked by on the street. The description read tv and cable. Basic cable -non in English and no access to apps. I still loved my trip.

Very nice hotel, good value for money. Staff very nice and helpful. The room was clean. Hotel is situated in the very centre of Barcelona which is very convenient although it can be sometimes noisy at night. Overall experience was very satisfying.

Convenient location. Simple hotel, basic amenities. Did not try their breakfast, went to a pulpería (cafeteria) in the corner, every morning. Staff could be nicer but they were not rude, just not too friendly.

Beds rolled on wood floors, heat fan was noisy, bathroom lights above sink aimed right in your eyes. Had two twin beds instead of one double. Could hear people talking in next room. Great location. Lots of restaurants, stores, and gelato shop right across the street 😊 could walk to historic sites.
