Thank you for comment your experience at our Hotel. House by Pillow is a 1 star Hotel, not a hostel. We regret that in spite of having 3 pillows and 3 cushions you did not ask for more at reception, since we have some available if some guest need them. Likewise, what a pity that you didn't asked us about the air conditioning's hot air, since it works correctly as well as cold air. Finally we just want to explain you that the decorative elements of the rooms are changing every season, maybe is for this reason that it is not the same decoration you saw at photos. As for the free transport from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, as we already talked with you on the day of your arrival and as you saw in the screenshot that you sent us, that information does not appear anywhere; what appears is that the cost is € 42. What we offer is to manage the transfer with a taxi company, which charges the rate they set. In addition, in your case, you asked us to manage it and the taxi driver was waiting for you at the airport for over an hour, until finally you decided to use another means of transport. We regret that you do not like our reception time but in any case from 9am you can find someone of our staff (the cleaner) and in the night you can find at the reception and in the frontdoor a phone number to call another person of our staff to help you with any problem. On the other hand, we are glad to hear you liked the room and the Hotel, we kown that walking is not very close but with the metro in 10-15min you can arrive to the Sagrada Familia and the centre of Barcelona.
