Our overall stay in this hotel was good. Staff are friendly and the views from the terrace are spectacular. However we booked a Mountain View room and the room we were given was not what we expected. Our room looked on to the cliff side and not the stunning views which we expected.

Residence Bouganvillage
Very uncomfortable bed and pillows, you need to wash your own dishes before you leave as well as your towels. Also bunch of ants everywhere

Everything was awesome however I arrived two hours early and I never got the instructions for self check in. Otherwise it’s a modern, relaxing an upscale hotel well worth every penny. Residence Marina Palace
Hotel was clean and well organized, hard mattresses though and no WiFi in rooms. Also no Cleaning supplies for the kitchen in the suites.
