"My only critique is that they need four new beach chairs, preferably the Tommy Bahama chairs. They are light, comfortable, and sturdy. Other than that, it was great and thank you!"

"Got off to a bad start with the place not being ready on arrival despite communication with the company beforehand. Had to call the property manager who came and let us rest in the main house until it was cleaned. Staff friendly . Accommodation needs refreshing throughout. The photos online don’t reflect the state of the property. Only shutters , no glass or mosquito netting so after dusk and early morning they had to be kept closed because of insects and monkeys. "This is a beautiful location. Good food, great staff. Pool area was very nice the bartenders were awesome at the pool. Beach area was pretty. There are things to see within walking distance. The arcade can use a remodel, the nightly entertainment singers were good over by 10pm. Would definitely return to this location. "

"The Resort was really nice and very clean. Staff was very pleasant. I only had one issue which was that I really couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it was too hot to sit out there due to the AC condenser which was blowing hot air. I don’t know whose idea it was to place them there but it defeats the purpose of having a balcony if you cannot sit there. "

"This resort was beautiful, the nature, the staffs were so nice and welcoming. Our contemporary 2 bedroom suites was a dream. The view was amazing. Although the beach had seaweed, The Crane offered a shuttle bus to Carlisle Bay every day roundtrip which was breathtaking. You were able to visit Bridgetown as well! My family will definitely return."
