"The whole concept of stoked is great. Unfortunately it plays out a little different in reality. Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. Obviously the fault is ours but I talked to several other campers at stokes and they had the same problem. It didn’t cost us too much extra but I’d like to see it addressed. "Everything was great. Arrived at 22.00, checked in remotely using a console in reception, weird, but worked fine. The waiter told us where to park, 5 mins away in a public space but safe and fine. Back at hotel, we checked in then had a lovely meal in the restaurant."

"The property was new and lovely and clean. Check in was a little confusing but a staff member was on hand via a button at the door to assist. There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."
