I booked two rooms and they only had one available. The rooms i asked for were not available. The one room given was extremely old and there was ZERO hot water in the shower. The hotel staff are nice. The view from the property is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. After reporting the no hot water issue, nothing was done to even attempt to resolve the issue, leading me to believe they just don’t have hot water. This is a 1-2 star, really old property that needs a complete overhaul. Stay elsewhere!!!

El día de entrada en el Hotel me dijeron que no tenían las habitaciones que estaba completamente lleno. Y procedieron a buscar en los alrededores. También me informaron que la tarifa que tiene Hotel.com no era la correcta, que la tarifa que ellos tienen en la página por noche por habitación es por noche por persona. Luego de un buen rato apareció una habitación, pero yo tenía reservada dos (2). La comunicación en el área es muy mala, así que salimos a buscar en el área, al rato de buscar no apareció nada. Luego decidimos comer en en unos de los hoteles que también estaba completo se nos acercó una persona y nos informó que ya había aparecido la otra habitación en el hotel que nos estarían esperando, lo cual agradecimos porque ya habíamos comenzado con inconvenientes. Por otro lado la hora del desayuno no son muy organizados tienen tres opciones y a las ocho de la mañana sólo queda una.

A la llegada al hotel la recepcionista solo saludo diciendo tengo malas noticias no tenemos habitaciones disponibles hemos cancelado con la página y ellos continúan enviándonos clientes, 6 horas de viaje para llegar y no tener donde descansar. Se solicitó ayuda para encontrar donde dormir por no ser de la zona y la recepcionista respondió no conocer ningún otro lugar
