"Our hotel experience was generally pleasant, with a nice ambiance and a decent pool. Regrettably, the elevators were non-operational on our checkout day, requiring me to carry all our luggage down from the 4th floor. The housekeeping staff seemed disorganized, rushing us to vacate the room while refusing to offer assistance. Despite explaining our situation and the need for extra time, they stood by unhelpfully, eventually forcing us to make multiple trips down the stairs with our belongings while managing our two toddlers. The ordeal was particularly challenging for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old children, who had to accompany us on these trips."

"Can see some of the beach from hallway right out the door. Room not bad area convenient and close to beaches near by."

"Door failed to work upon arrival and departure. There was an issue with the electronic entry system on the door. I was accused of not paying my bar tab and had to come to the front desk with my receipt. I was informed the bar tender found it on the floor. It was obvious they spent no time looking for it. While at the front desk one of the bar tenders approached in an aggressive and disrespectful manner. This was the worst experience I have had from a Hilton hotel or any of there affiliates. The staff needs customer service training."
