Silk Path Grand Hue Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Our experience at this hotel was truly wonderful. From the moment we were welcomed by the staff as the door was opened for us, we were treated with the utmost respect. Having traveled extensively around the world, we have never encountered such meticulous attention to detail. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the chef, who crafted exquisite dishes and personally came to our table to ensure that everything met our expectations. Overall the staff went above and beyond anything that we could have reasonably expected. I only wish there were hotels like this everywhere we went in Vietnam."
"Really good hotel that was really cheap, I didn’t know what to expect for the price ~$120au per night with breakfast included, but the room was a great size for the four of us, two seperate bedrooms and the pool area was good too. A 5-10 min grab gets you to anywhere and the best Bahn Mi in Vietnam is a 400m walk away (Tiem Nha An). Staff were really helpful and friendly, I would absolutely stay here again."
"The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect especially as it had it's own pool which was convenient as we stayed during summer and it was very hot outside. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and tapas in the bar. The food and cocktails were amazing. The complementary drink and massage was a nice extra. I definitely would love to stay here again. "
"Excellent location from which to visit Hue. Walking distance from the Citadel. Beautiful historical venue (one of the oldest hotels in Vietnam). While the hotel could benefit from a few upgrades (the room style is a bit dated for example), it was an absolute pleasure staying there. We enjoyed our spacious room on the 2nd floor with a balcony overlooking the river."
"Beautiful hotel. Spacious comfortable room. Good restaurants serving a big buffet breakfast and a la carte lunch and dinner. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Short Grab or taxi to the imperial city. "
"Azerai La Residence Hue is truly one of the most elegant and charming hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived, everything exuded class, tranquility, and thoughtful attention to detail. The colonial-era architecture, lush gardens, and riverside setting created an atmosphere that was both refined and deeply relaxing.
The staff were absolutely exceptional—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. They even went above and beyond to air ship a piece of clothing I had forgotten after check-out, which speaks volumes about their commitment to guest care.
The pool and facilities were flawless, and the location is perfect—peaceful yet just minutes from Hue’s top attractions. Every corner of the property feels beautifully curated and meticulously maintained.
If you're looking for a place that combines historic charm, modern luxury, and five-star service, this is it. I can’t wait to return."
