Perfect stay near Ijen

We were looking for a comfortable hotel near Ijen. From check-in to departure, the staff was always there to make our stay perfect! Thank you for everything! The hotel, garden, and rooms are all tastefully decorated. The restaurant offers a varied menu (breakfast included). We also tried the private barbecue experience — definitely a big plus! We highly recommend this hotel! See you soon.

Definitely worth it!

We had an amazing (and too short) stay at Kunang Kunang tent resort. Welcomed very friendly, pick up and drop off arranged accordingly and had a lot of opportunities to explore but too little time. Food is very nice, got super room service with the welcome drinks and even a small present when we left. Would love to come again. Hopefully the tents will be kept well maintained until then! Sampa jumpai lagi! Terima Kasih.

Das Hotel ist doch sehr abgelegen und aufgrund der Dschungellage sind dort auch sehr viele Insekten. Das Hotel ist zwar gut darauf vorbereitet und stellt sogar Mückenspray zur Verfügung. Jedoch war es beim Essen teilweise sehr unangenehm. Durch die schattige Lage ist es auch sehr kühl dort. Was ich persönlich sehr schade fand, ist die Tatsache, dass ich eine Tour gebucht hatte, welche ein Frühstück inkludiert hatte.. da ich zwei Buchungen durchführen musste, hatte ich bei der einen automatisch ein Frühstück dabei bei der anderen leider nicht. Deshalb fragte ich, ob es möglich wäre, die Konditionen zu ändern und das Frühstück für den ersten Tag auszulassen, um es am zweiten Tag zu nutzen, dies wäre angeblich nicht möglich gewesen. Hier fand ich die Unflexibilität nicht gut. Außerdem ist das Massage Angebot für die Umgebung doch recht teuer, während die Massageliegen schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen sind. Bei solch einem Preis hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet, auch wenn die Massage wohltuend war. Hervorzuheben sind aber die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten des Hotels. Es gibt eine kostenlose Teebar, wie auch Kaffee auf dem Zimmer und viele Hygieneartikel.

사진만 보고 인도네시아 행을 결정하게 된 리조트였어요. 머무는 내내 왓츠앱으로 세심하게 서비스가 제공되요. 아이젠 화산 프라이빗 투어도 다녀왔고요. 객실에 제공되는 티도 맛있고 주전자 안도 깨끗해요. 더 좋은 서비스를 위한 건의사항 1. tea bar위 작은 조명이 있었으면해요. 어두워서 물 따르다 넘쳐요. 2. 저는 pandar에서 2박했는데 객실에 작은 티테이블이 있었으면해요. 밖에 테이블과 의자 있으나 비오고 날씨 영향이 많아서 접이식 작은 테이블 필요해요.
