" Wonderful Family Stay! We had a fantastic family trip to Coconut Bay Resort! It’s only five minutes from the airport — perfect after traveling with our two-year-old. The staff truly stood out — friendly, accommodating, and always helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to have concierge service, which made our first family vacation stress-free. We loved Silk, the Asian-themed restaurant — amazing food, ambiance, and service. The Italian restaurant was also great, and the Beach Hut offered delicious poolside options. The resort is very clean, with newly renovated rooms that felt fresh and modern. Our son loved the pool and water slide, and the mocktail menu for kids was a nice touch. A few small notes: pre-arrival dinner reservation help would’ve been great since our flight delay caused late bookings. Also, we learned about the concierge phone and nightly snack service (like chips and salsa) only at the end — would’ve been nice to have throughout. Overall, fantastic staff, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere — we’d absolutely stay again! "

"Amazing stay! The staff is incredible. They make you feel like family. They were very accommodating for every facet of the trip. Fromm the beach to the restaurants everything was first class. The all inclusive package was totally worth it. The restaurants had plenty of variety and all food is prepared with care. You can really tell the chef is passionate about food. Going in I was worried we might not like the food but the food was amazing every day every meal. Breakfast was made to order and great. Lunches on the beach were top notch and probably the best dinners we’ve ever had on vacation. The snorkeling is great right off the property in the marine reserve. Great fish and even caught a glimpse of a sea turtle there. Overall great experience."

"The views from everywhere on this property were breathtaking. The town of soufriere is just a short walk downhill. Close to all the tours. Food at the saltfish restaurant was amazing daily. Friendly staff, this hotel is absolutely 10/10."

"The Bel Jou Hotel was clean with two very nice pools. The gym was okay but I would suggest better spinning bikes. Breakfast was amazing and dinner at the Hummingbird was fabulous. What really makes the Bel Jou a great hotel to stay at is the exceptional service from the staff. Princess and Keisha are two staff members who are outstanding. I have traveled the world and have visited many different hotels. The Bel Jou Hotel has the best customer service and staff that I have ever encountered. We are looking forward to our next visit."
