Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. "Gorgeous stay, beautifully designed hotel in a stunning location in the National park. Dinner each night was delicious local food, and the menu fully changed every night. Great recommendations on walks. Loved the sauna built into the rockface. "
