"Room was very clean and breakfast was very good. One misfortune is that one section of the Cascade Loop was closed just beyond the inn. Staying two nights was now impossible because we had to travel back in the same direction, a seven hour journey. Time was essential since we had other hotel reservations and a flight to catch in a few days. Since we booked the hotel with a “third party” the staff was not able to reimburse our second night’s stay which was a significant loss. A claim has been filed with the hopes we will be reimbursed since we did not stay the second night."

"The only problem is what there was no elevator, and we were on the second floor. However, the staff was very courteous to take our luggage up and bring it down and even loaded in our vehicle. It was a nice day."

"The room was beautiful and clean. Everything was comfortable, huge bathroom. We were very comfortable our entire stay. The pool and hot tub were really nice too! We had children with us so we didn't get to enjoy the casino but every other aspect exceeded our expectations!"

"When we checked in, our room was on the second floor. We asked for a ground floor and were placed in a handicapped room. The room was excellent. It had a very large bathroom that I loved. The beds were comfortable also. When we checked out we were given a breakfast bag of food. That was a nice touch. Made our trip home extra special."
