"Basic comfortable room, however no cutlery for eating delivered/takeout meals. Facility clean and inviting. Unfortunately walls are thin and the neighboring room had very noisy guests, who laughed and spoke loudly all night and early the next morning, making it hard to get a good night rest."

"Was put into a room, unlocked room to find it hadn’t been cleaned yet. So went back to reception and was given another room. Fan in bathroom was full of dust and cobwebs. Fridge made an annoying noise during the night. Shower had a leak. Bed was firm and pillows were uncomfortable. Didn’t feel cared about. Just a number paying for a room. I’ve stayed in a few nightcap hotels and this has to be the worst one so far. And we stayed 2 nights. I’ve stayed in numerous places and never once had the cleaner come in during the stay. We went out and come back to our towels changed. I felt like what a waste. Seems they go in every room every day no matter what. There was no do not disturb option either."

"Staff were lovely & offered early check in when I arrived to drop a bag off in the morning. Room was fine but heater wasn’t working so they gave me a small fan heater. Mattres was very old with big sagging dips on each side so I slept in the middle as was on my own. Convenient to town and gull Buss to airport."

"We were told through the Expedia app we would get 10% off - no where to enter the code! We were then quoted $30 per room for breakfast when we arrived and was charged $42 per head then had to argue that we were quoted $30 per room. They did drop it to $30 per head. Because of reservations we then had to pay $50 for valet parking!! Became an expensive night!!! "

"Staff was unhelpful during check-in. Did not mention many things - i did not know that breakfast was provided and she was in a rush to get rid of me. No toothpaste or toiletries or microwave. Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbours clearly. Reception is a drive away from room which is not helpful. Room was clean though"
